Basic Rules:

*No motors or propulsion devices.
*No moving wheels.
*Nothing (including wheels) can
extend in front of valve cover.
*NO CD OR DVD WHEELS!


Racer Dimensions:

*24" Maximum overall length.
*12" Maximum overall width.
*10" Maximum overall height.
*10 lbs. Maximum overall weight on
official scales.

*These requirements allow for the
racer to fit under the start and
finish lines
